JOB TITLE: Systems Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES – Effectively maintain assigned Master Files of Patient Account Service Center (PAS) systems to ensure maximum system performance. Develop, administer, maintain and/or implement designs within Meditech to support Patient Access.

SUPERVISOR – Standardization and Security Manager

SUPERVISES - None

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Perform master file maintenance for all PAS systems.
• Review and reconcile discrepancies on the master file maintenance reports.
• Maintain market synchronism and coordination.
• Assist in developing, supporting, and maintaining Meditech ADM database.
• Develop and provide Meditech NPR reports.
• Provide and/or coordinate training and support for staff in enhancements developed.
• Ensure appropriate facility/market testing of enhancements prior to installation.
• Create and maintain application documentation.
• Resolve application issues as instructed.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for installed applications.
• Act as a liaison between Patient Access Directors, Facility Administration and PAS business users.
• Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION
• Bachelors Degree Information Systems or related degree. Equivalent work experience may substitute degree
requirement.

EXPERIENCE
• Two years progressive information systems maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with HCA systems preferred
