JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Credentialing Reporting Analyst designs, develops and implements critical reports related to the Credentialing services of Parallon Business Performance Group. He/she will assist the Manager of Credentialing Reporting with developing and maintaining reporting tools necessary to support Parallon operations including the development of tools to effectively measure performance. The Senior Reporting Solutions Analyst will work closely with CPC and Parallon Executives as well as Parallon IT&S to develop, deploy, and maintain standard reporting tools.

DUTIES (included but not limited to):

  • Designs, develops and implements adhoc and standard reports and/or operational reporting applications surrounding the credentialing processes.
  • Plays a critical role in our future growth opportunities by ensuring reports are accurate and timely and meet the client’s needs.
  • Develops reports that outline key data around the credentialing process for HCA, Parallon and their customer’s.
  • Understands Credentialing Processing Center (CPC) operations and Cactus data in order to develop and design reports.
  • Develops and executes reports using appropriate toolset and data mining tools (Cactus, Business Objects, Crystal, SQL) to assist customers with data requests.
  • Viewed as a leader on the Credentialing reporting team and is capable of handling the more complex and key reports.
  • Provides complex ad hoc operational reports and analyses as requested by management teams.
  • Escalates issues and concerns to the Manager of Credentialing Reporting and the Director of Reporting.
  • Analytical and critical thinker that can lead the reporting standardization effort and serve on the user group for future development of a centralized reporting tool.
  • Strong communication skills in order to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Minimal travel may be required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience. Credentialing/CPC experience preferred. HCA-based system experience preferred.
