We are seeking PRN Registrars to work in our new Free Standing ER opening in August 2019 in the Central Orlando area across the street from the Mall of Millenia near Universal Studios. This is a PRN or as needed position. Must be flexible to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.

In this role you will:
•Welcome patients and family members in a professional manner.
•Contact the nursing staff for emergency medical needs and answer patient and visitor questions.
•Interview patients at workstation or at bedside to obtain all necessary account information.
•Ensure charts are completed and accurate.
•Verify all insurance and obtain pre-certification/authorization.
•Calculate and collect patient liable amount.

Job Requirements

•High School diploma or GED required.
•One year of registration experience is preferred.
