Job Description

Duties (included but not limited to):
• Provide Management support and oversight of the SSC Contract Modeling Team.
• Coordinate contract model inventory, inventory analysis and distribution across the Modeling Team
• Verify accuracy of Contract Models within ClearContracts by performing Independent Reviews (IRs) and complex modeling scenario support as needed.
• Coordinate Managed Care contract implementation activities with the Managed Care VP's, Managed Care Services Group and the Functional Managers within the Shared Service Center.
• Model managed care contract payment terms using ClearContracts (or other approved modeling tools.
• Liaison with SSC Functional Managers and Managed Care Negotiators and Payers to address managed care contract administration issues.
• Monitor contract modeler productivity on a daily/monthly basis.
• Monitor contract modeler Quality on a daily/monthly basis.
• Serves as liaison between SSC Contract Modeling and Parallon Corporate Contract Modeling.
• Assists Director during Internal Audit review of models created by the Parallon Contract Modelers.
• Provide educational resources to support contract implementation and administration.
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required. Equivalent work experience may substitute education requirements.
 
EXPERIENCE
Minimum three years’ experience in related area with two of these years being healthcare management experience OR completion of the Parallon Manager Trainee Program. Travel is required.
