Job Summary

The director of marketing is responsible for creating and executing and tracking integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, loyalty and growth for Parallon. This person will be both a leader and a team player and work closely with operations, client management and sales to achieve success. The Ideal candidate must have a passion driving revenue and measuring results. 


  • Provide primary leadership, direction and execution for integrated marketing strategies that support Parallon’s business goals, ensuring collaboration with senior leadership, operations, client management and sales
  • Responsible for the full campaign life cycle, including idea generation, creative execution, successful launch and closed-loop reporting
  • Provide direction and manage all advertising creative and media planning, including digital tactics and cost-per lead programs
  • Lead and actively engage in the strategy and execution of national and 20 regional tradeshows and hosted client events to increase brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Lead continual enhancement of, working in conjunction with creative, UX and operations teams
  • Use data and analytics to direct strategies and resources, interpreting and analyzing data from various platforms to support effective strategies.
  • Manage the overall sales and marketing technology stack, including Hubspot, Salesforce and Drupal
  • Build and manage the department budget and mid-year forecasting
  • Lead and develop the highly-capable marketing team by providing timely performance feedback and ensuring a high-level of customer service and focus on key priorities
  • Provide consultative marketing guidance and support to key stakeholders across the business   

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field. Master’s degree preferred. 


  • 7 years of marketing experience required, B2B service marketing preferred
  • 3 years of management experience required including oversight, talent development and coaching
  • Marketing automation and CRM experience required. Hubspot and Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing disciplines, including events, paid and earned media, creative production, content marketing, lead generation strategies and marketing technologies.
