Parallon has the following opportunity available with Richmond Shared Services Center located in the Boulders Office Park, 7300 Beaufont Springs Drive, Richmond, Virginia. 
Manager Customer Service
This position will manage a team of 20 or more Customer Service Representatives in a fast paced, high volume, inbound call center answering inquiries regarding hospital patient accounts. The successful candidate must be able to utilize innovative approaches to solving customer issues, be flexible, have high energy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have experience developing staff with hands on mentoring and coaching.  The ideal candidate will have a successful record of managing operational elements to ensure daily results and long term success in meeting all call center goals while providing a high quality patient experience.
  • Coordinate daily activities of Customer Service operations to maximize productivity and ensure target goals are achieved
  • Hire, train, and develop staff
  • Act as liaison with Senior Leadership
  • Resolve issues escalated by staff
  • Requires strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial data
  • Must have strong experience with the research and resolution of customer billing issues

This is a full-time opportunity with a work schedule of Monday – Friday, from 10:30AM to 7:00PM.
EDUCATION:  High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.   
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years Call Center management experience and Customer Service experience, preferably in Healthcare
