Mail Room Clerk – Richmond, VA – Full Time
Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Job Summary
The Mail Room Clerk is responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail, including courier and special deliveries.
Duties (including but not limited to)
  • Run postage on outgoing mail for the customer service department
  • Receive and sort all incoming UPS, Federal Express, and courier deliveries, as well as US Postal Mail
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and unloading supplies
  • Verify all items listed on packing slips were received
  • Prep any correspondence, return mail or any other materials as assigned

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year related experience required, preferably in healthcare. Relevant education may substitute experience requirement.
