  • Ensure that collection policies and procedures are followed to maximize collections with excellent customer service at the lowest cost; assist manager in reaching team goals and objectives.
  • Provide full shift support for team members.
  • Participate in coordination activities with other Operations Supervisors in a highly developed team environment.
  • Identify and report violations of FDCPA/TCPA or other policies and practices to keep organization in compliance.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all team operations and associated facility processes while communicating any changes to hourly staff.
  • Assure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Coach and motivate hourly staff to reach individual and team goals.
  • Perform quality reviews including reviews with staff; submits reviews to Manager for review and approval.
  • Train new hires, provide feedback, and monitor team quality and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience (2 years), AND
  • Minimum 3 years of collection process management and supervisor experience required, AND
  • Minimum 1-3 years of paralegal experience required.

  • Paralegal Associate's Degree or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior third party liability account resolution experience.
  • HFMA or HCCA certification
