Job Summary- The Internal Control Analyst is responsible for the daily auditing of various reports and systems to ensure results are within accordance to policy and intention.    The Internal Control Analyst is responsible for proper escalation of all audit exceptions to the Process Review Team leaders for appropriate action.
 
Duties include:

  • Performs daily audit of systems and reports according to job aides and policies.
  • Identifies and escalates any exceptions timely within policy.
  • Completes analysis and reporting of various audit items.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to internal and external Clients
  • Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy
  • Attend all required education classes as deemed by your Manager

Job Requirements

  • At least one year of healthcare Revenue Cycle experience required: Billing, Collections, Registration, etc.
  • Relevant experience may substitute education requirement
