  • Assist the manager by giving staff day to day direction in performing daily responsibilities
  • Perform Client Representative activities, meeting production expectations
  • Work with manager and staff to ensure team production and performance goals are met
  • Assist in training and developing staff
  • Provide first level assistance to team members by answering questions, reviewing policies, etc.
  • Additional team lead duties, as assigned
