Insurance Notification Coordinator - Full Time Days

 As an Insurance Notification Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Submitting insurance notification to the insurance companies based on their requirements in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure that eligibility and benefit information is documented for patient accounts
  • Professional communication with facility case management staff, insurance companies and facility registration personnel
  • You will accurately interpret managed care contracts and is proficient in the use of the Contrak system. 
  • Must have strong customer service/organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment!
  • One year of related experience is required
  • Two to three years of medical terminology and ICD-10 Codes and medical insurance is preferred
  • You must pass a typing assessment with scores of at least 30wpm and 3 or fewer errors
  • Must have very strong customer service skills
  • High school diploma or GED is required
