The Parallon Richmond Shared Services Center is currently seeking to fill a Human Resources Generalist position with a strong focus on recruiting.


Job Summary:


This position formulates partnerships with assigned business leaders and HR leadership across the Shared Services footprint, to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Collaboratively communicates and implements HR policies and procedures while helping support business strategy. This position will have a strong emphasis in talent acquisition, staffing, and wage/salary administration.


The successful candidate will have a demonstrated knowledge of human resource principles, policies, and procedures, inclusive of federal and state laws (multiple states) and regulations. Experience in sourcing applicants, developing relationships with internal and external customers, and recruiting and hiring for a multi-faceted business is imperative. Incumbent will also be required to interpret HR policies and offer efficient, fact-based, and defensible recommendations to all levels of leadership.


Job Requirements

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field; equivalent experience may be considered with comprehensive references.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare or a shared services environment.

PHR or SPHR strongly preferred.
