The Parallon Richmond Shared Services Center is currently seeking to fill a Human Resources Generalist/HR Business Partner position.
 
JOB SUMMARY
This position formulates partnerships with HR leadership and assigned business leaders, across the Shared Service Center footprint, to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.   Collaboratively communicates and implements HR policies and procedures, while helping support business strategy.  For this position, there will be a heavy emphasis in talent acquisition, staffing, and wage/salary administration.
 
The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge in human resources principles, policies and procedures, federal and state laws (multiple states) and regulations.  Experience implementing and communicating human resources strategy and programs in a variety of professional HR areas (talent acquisition, staffing, sourcing, employee relations, compliance, organization development, wage and salary administration, training, HRIS and applicant tracking systems).  Incumbent will also be required to interpret HR policies and offer efficient, effective, fact-based, and defensible recommendations or comprehensive work plans to all levels of leaders.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; equivalent experience may be considered with comprehensive references. 

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare or a shared services environment. 
  • PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
