High Volume Recruiter (Full Scope Recruitment)

  • Responsible for High-Volume Recruitment activities for assigned service line(s), location(s); manage the recruiting module (coordinating with local HR Administrators/Operations) to ensure positions and applicants are processed appropriately. 
  • Partners with Managers to assess skill sets needed within their department and develop/execute a recruitment plan to meet identified needs. This process may include creating job postings, job specific questions and assessments, advertisements, screening and interviewing. 
  • Follow up with hiring related administrative tasks, such as completion of pre-hire documents, pre-employment screenings and new hire documents. 
  • Serve as Ambassador to help new hires acclimate to Parallon culture. Promote Parallon Mission, Vision and Values throughout organization.
  • Provide ongoing system training to new managers and employees to ensure understanding of on-line recruiting systems.
  • Completion of reports detailing recruitment activity on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Assists with acquisitions and mergers from a staffing perspective. Transitioning new employees to Parallon systems utilizing recruitment systems as necessary. Assist as a change agent for transitioning employees. 
  • Maintain employee hiring information both in paper and electronically. Utilizes audit systems to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of employee stored information within the system.
  • May perform other HR-related activities. 

Job Requirements

Knowledge: Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems with an exposure to Taleo or Lawson strongly preferred. Knowledge of behavior-based interviewing techniques and employment laws a must. Can demonstrate solid knowledge of Excel. 

Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years experience as an HR Recruiter, as well as experience administering an HRIS system. Bachelor's degree or a combination of experience and formal HR training or certification.

Skills/Aptitudes: Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and communication skills. Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
