Job Summary
The Graphic Designer will support the marketing team and the broader organization in the creation, production and timely execution of visual communications across multiple channels in both print and digital platforms. S/he will execute high quality employee and client-facing deliverables that adhere to established brand guidelines.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for design execution and contributing to the company’s integrated marketing delivery capabilities with an equal emphasis on both print and digital. S/he will have a proven track record of developing and executing visual communication and deliverables that drive brand and sales growth across a range of platforms and multimedia channels. S/he will be a collaborative team member, and serve as a creative, thoughtful source of current best practices in all aspects of the creative delivery process.




Duties:


  • Reports to the Senior Graphic Designer to ensure that all graphic design work is appropriately assigned, tracked and completed in a timely manner
  • Ensures Parallon brand standards and style guidelines are adhered to consistently
  • Works in partnership with the marketing team to develop, coordinate, edit, and complete assigned content on overall cross-media solutions
  • Ensures that content meets customer’s job specifications and branding needs
  • Ensure design timelines are achieved as planned
  • Ensure final art meets specifications and is prepped for its target medium (i.e. web, print)
  • Example work products include, but not limited to presentation decks, assessments, proposals, methodology diagrams, data visualization, direct mail, print and digital promotional campaigns, tradeshow/event signage, marketing collateral (including sales sheets, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and email templates) and client-facing presentations, employee communications and corporate communications, website updates and minor web design.
  • Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in design solutions, including but not limited to print, digital, web, interactive, social, tablet and mobile environments



 

Job Requirements

EDUCATION


  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent design-related field



 
EXPERIENCE


  • Minimum of 2 years design experience



 
REQUIREMENTS


  • Design portfolio showing relevant knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Willingness to participate in a design screening test
