Digital Marketing and Content Specialist


Job Summary
The digital marketing and content specialist will lead a broad range of integrated marketing programs and strategies to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, loyalty and growth for Parallon. S/he will create and manage effective content and lead generation activities including email and nurture campaigns, direct marketing and social tools by leveraging marketing technologies, including marketing automation and Salesforce. The specialist will craft and implement content marketing strategies to drive and engage qualified traffic, nurture leads and grow sales.
He/she will be an effective communicator and collaborative team member, and serve as a creative, thoughtful source of current best practices for our marketing efforts.


Duties:

  • Examples of work projects include the development of lead generation and nurture campaigns, social media management and regular client communications. Tactics to include but not be limited to email, blogs, websites and landing pages, hosted webinars, earned and paid media, including social, SEO and events.
  • Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing campaigns and a regular client communication program.
  • Assist with the strategy and lead the execution of our content marketing program, focused on creating content that aligns with the customer journey and client lifecycle.
  • Manage our marketing automation platform and its integration with Salesforce. Maintain the accuracy of leads and activities in both systems ensuring data hygiene and normalization, workflow management and lead score management.
  • Plan, create and distribute social media content to various platforms. Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about Parallon, our competitors and our industry. 
  • Create, manage and monitor the effectiveness of our marketing programs and campaigns through closed-loop analytics, dashboard and ad-hoc reporting across multiple platforms, including AB testing. 



Job Requirements

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field




EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years of marketing experience, including background in content marketing and lead generation tactics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation systems required. Hubspot experience a plus.
  • B2B marketing a plus
  • Basic graphic design and HTML experience a plus
