Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES – Supervises activity of 20 hourly staff engaged in collections, customer service and support work. Responsibilities include providing expert process and account support, performing quality reviews, addressing all staff questions and issues, and monitoring the daily activity and performance of each team member. The Operations Supervisor will perform many administrative functions, and will assist the manager in interviewing, and training hourly employees; assigning   team work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


  • Ensure that collection policy and procedure are followed to maximize collections, with excellent customer service at the lowest cost.
  • Assist manager in reaching team goals and objectives.
  • Provide full shift floor support for team members.
  • Participate in coordination activities with other Operations Supervisors in a highly developed team environment.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all team operations and associated facility processes, while communicating any change to hourly staff.
    • Assures compliance with departmental policies and procedures
    • Coach and Motivate hourly staff to reach individual and team goals.
    •  Perform quality reviews including review with staff. Submit reviews to Manager for review and approval.
    • Monitor and analyzes daily performance of staff for productivity, time utilization, quality of work, and customer service.

  • Provide feedback in routine disciplinary matters.
  • Assist manager in screening, interviewing, training and evaluating new and existing employees.
  • Represents respective team as business owner of related PAS accounts for resolution of issues presented by Customer Service Professional.
  • Assist manager in conducting weekly staff meetings
  • Lead the team in supporting Parallon policy and goals, while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
  • Escalate performance numbers/information to senior management on a bi-weekly and monthly basis
  • Coordinates with other teams/departments to ensure policies are enforced
  • Act as a resource on projects.
  • Adheres to and supports organizational IT&S standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Adheres to Code of Conduct.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.


  • Minimum one year supervisory experience preferred.
  • At least two years related experience required.
