Parallon is now seeking a Data Architect to work from our Nashville, TN,  St. Louis, MO or Louisville, KY location. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provides application (Business Objects, Microstrategy, Teradata, SSRS, SSAS, and Tableau) infrastructure support, consulting related to development best practices, and provide lead development expertise to strategic applications
  • Work with technical users, business analysts, and business owners to understand requirements and identify solutions
  • Extend and optimize the data model and work with end-users to optimize report SQL and/or aggregates created for reports
  • Works in conjunction with and may provide leadership to a team of developers to meet technical requirements
  • Design the overall end-to-end integration testing, from sourcing data through data appearing in reporting



Job Requirements

  • Seven years of relevant work experience required.
  • High level knowledge of ETL tools and Enterprise Reporting tools
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data model changes, ETL tech designs, Data Flows, MicroStrategy Cube design, Business Objects Universe design
  • SQL Tuning skills for Teradata databases, Teradata Fastload and BTEQ knowledge
  • Healthcare Revenue Management experience, a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
