Customer Advisor Team Lead – Richmond Shared Services Center – Full Time Work From Home

The Support Services Department is seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Advisor Team Lead who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is very organized, and has the ability to successfully guide employees and manager workloads in a virtual environment.
The ideal candidate must be able to work Monday to Friday, 10:30AM to 7:00PM EST
Summary of duties:  Customer Advisor Team Lead
 The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for coordinating all customer service activities to assure that standards are adhered to and that all inquiries are processed efficiently and accurately.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (writing/verbal)
  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Talk with customers via written correspondence and phone to resolve account issues
  • Coordinate daily activities of Customer Service operations

  • Meets with the Customer Service Manager regularly to effectively communicate and resolve customer service issues, set and prioritize goals, improve processes and review productivity.
  • Perform quality reviews as required by Parallon/SSC policy.
  • Assist with payroll activities for team members (i.e. time cards, edit sheets)

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 1 year related experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
