DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Utilize multiple applications and analyze datasets to identify payment trends and perform root cause analysis of reimbursement issues
  • Create and maintain data mapping files
  • Communicate performance to a diverse audience of stakeholders
  • Create, monitor, and report on process and performance improvement initiatives
  • Fulfill reporting requests from management teams
  • Work to implement best practices throughout the organization to improve company performance
  • Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION
  • Undergraduate degree required

 EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 3years HCA experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage project work
  • Required understanding of medical finance, managed care contracting, or business office/claims shop operations
  • Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle preferred
