Clinical Resource Director
 Southern Hills, Stonecrest, and Horizon Medical Centers
The Clinical Resource Director will be responsible for working with the Division Supply Chain Team to implement the strategic direction of Supply Cost Management for the facility. This position is responsible for reviewing and optimizing the current GPO contract portfolio, developing and executing product standardization with a facility in conjunction with the Division Supply Chain Team. This position is responsible for building strategic alliances with Hospital Executive staff with emphasis on the COO, CNO and Clinical Department Directors as it relates to successfully executing the Supply Chain Operations Plan.

  • Demonstrates technology savviness through effective use of technology and various applications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Health Administration, Nursing, or Pharmacy)
  • Will consider a graduate of a Professional School of Nursing with related experiences in healthcare Value Analysis, clinical supply chain, or acute care hospital performance improvement
  • Master’s degree highly preferred

  • Clinical/healthcare experience, minimum of 2 years
  • Acute care setting preferred
  • Patient care experience highly preferred
  • Progressive experience demonstrating ability to accomplish objectives through a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrated personal time management/project prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated passion for building a clinically integrated supply chain

LPN/RN, Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Value Analysis Health Professional (CVAHP), or similar credential preferred
Lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. On a frequent basis; pushing and pulling of up to 50 lbs. on occasion
