 This position will be responsible for clerical functions assigned within the SSC including data entry, filing, copying, faxing, and scanning.


Duties include but are not limited to:

•         Completes duties with a high degree of quality; completes assignments in a timely manner and demonstrates patient advocacy, assuring patient’s right of privacy and confidentiality.

•         Maintains knowledge of current job responsibilities and established priorities to accomplish assignments.

•         Utilizes effective communication; works effectively with fellow employees and supports positive customer relations.

•         Strives to develop both personally and professionally, shows initiative and participates in departmental goals.

•         Accepts accountability for completion of assignments, demonstrates reliability and dependability, utilizes cost effective measure and exhibits a positive, professional behavior. Reports to work on time and as scheduled.

•         Basic Skills – able to perform basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures, punctuate properly, spell correctly and transcribe accurately

Job Requirements


High School diploma or GED



Previous data entry or typing experience preferred.
