Job Summary

As the Strategic Analytics Revenue Cycle Analyst you will be responsible for conducting research techniques sufficient to collect and interpret data related to charge capture opportunities.
Duties (included but not limited to):

  • Explores potential sources of missing charges and responds with data-driven initiatives to improve net revenue.
  • Analyzes clinical, financial and revenue cycle performance data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
  • Interpret contractual and payer guidelines that influence reimbursement. Identify targeted data review opportunities to isolate these in documentation sources.
  • Assist Manager in managing information effectively to improve organizational efficiency and performance.
  • Utilize a variety of data tools such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and similar software or business intelligence tools (i.e. BOBJ, Tableau).

Job Requirements

Education and Experience
  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • One year of related experience required.
