Accounts Receivable Resolution Analyst

Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Resolutions Analyst (Internal Title: Collections Analyst) is responsible for working reconciliations, processing change requests, working reports, working collection pools as assigned and assisting the Collectors as needed. This is a full time opportunity, Monday thru Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM
This position will offer the opportunity to transition to a Work from Home status after training and productivity requirements have been met.  Candidates must be able to provide the Internet Connectivity requirements; Cable or DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) with minimum Download Speed 1 MB/s, minimum upload speed 512 KB/S, minimum Latency under 90ms.
Duties (included but not limited to):
  • Perform Artiva reconciliation and ensure issues are resolved
  • Process changes timely as requested
  • Balance AR daily
  • Work reports as assigned
  • Support Collections work
  • Work with patients and guarantors resolve payer requests and discrepancies to promptly resolve pending claims

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year related experience required, preferably in healthcare
