Job Summary
 
Provide legal assistance including drafting documents, managing data bases, conducting legal research and providing administrative assistance to the Parallon Business Performance Group Legal Team
 
Duties (included but not limited to):
 
  • Basic contract drafting, review and analysis
  • Correspondence and other document drafting
  • Legal research and writing
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the contract management data base
  • Contract and document routing
  • Assist litigation counsel with case management
  • Organize hard copy and electronic files for storage
  • Full administrative support including, answering phones, scheduling meetings and conference calls, setting up and maintaining files, and databases, filing, responding to e-mails, and extensive telephone and e-mail contact with Parallon and HCA staff, travel arrangements, reimbursement filings, and similar activities

 
 

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • College graduate preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal setting.
  • Paralegal certification preferred.
