Information Technology – JR Help Desk - Richmond Shared Services Center
Parallon is an affiliate of Hospital Corporation of America (HCA Holdings, Inc.) and is a leading provider of healthcare business and operational services.  Parallon supports healthcare providers in the areas of revenue cycle (billing, collections, and denial management), technology, patient registration, insurance verification, and health information management.
The JR Help Desk Analyst will ensure the highest qualityof Information Systems support by providing assistance to end users over the phone.  This is a Full Time opportunity, working Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
Duties (included but not limited to):
  • Provide technical phone support to internal and external users
  • Enter all problems/requests into helpdesk tracking application,  resolve or escalate when appropriate
  • Follow up on existing work orders to ensure timely resolution
  • Identify, analyze, and coordinate resolution to problem trends received at the helpdesk
  • Actively interacts with development and other departments for RPAS needs
  • Self-Manages assigned projects

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • Two (2) years helpdesk and PC maintenance experience
  • Call Center experience a plus
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Familiar with SCCM
  • Experience with ticketing system
